The Model 200-O1 with LED indicators, is designed to allow the triac device to operate with the full load current at high temperature (+175°F) without exceeding the manufacturer "Maximum Allowable Case Temperature" triac device specification. Heavy duty extruded aluminum heat sink chassis helps ensure long life and reliable operation from the triac device. Model 200-O1 with extra LED indicators on output circuits for signal lamp outages, or conflict monitor initiated flash operation. Exceeds requirements It can be shown that device reliability is logarithmically related to device operating temperature.
The Model 200-O1 solid state Switch Pack is compatible with Type 170 cabinets. Maximum load current is 25 amps at 77°F and 10 amps at 175°F in each circuit over full operation temperature. Meets NEMA, CALTRANS TYPE 170, FHWA TYPE 170. Made in the United States.
